I am a huge fan of air purifying plants.

I didn't read your link, cause its late...but! Have you heard of that guy in India who studied air purifying plants for years and years, and figured out that like three kinds could provide air (and higher air quality) in a closed environment for years? One of the ones is what you posted; another is the money plant, the mother in law tongue and dracanea (or something).

Anyway, its late. I'll maybe have to get one of these.

Good entry! We should ideally have a few plants in every room to aid our health. Wiki got a good list of "poison eaters". There are some nice flowering ones in there, too, like mums and gerbera.

And, now I will definitely plant Menta piperita on the steps down to my lower garden, wherefrom she can't escape and take over. :D

Hi,

Thank you for reading through my post. I too love plants and animals. Only wish my office would let me keep a money plant on my workstation.

I loved this article on mens health, I think its great.

Cheers.

This was an excerpt from Menshealth magazine. I think everyone should know the properties of the plants and their benifits, please feel free to use it and post it where its appropriate.
