Regarding Facial Cleansing

The OCM might have something to do with your pore worms, but it's much more likely that it's the heat opening up your pores making that happen, so if you rinsed your face in the same way with your regular cleanser you'd probably have easier to attack pores.

(none of this is recommended btw)

i do ocm daily...haven't noticed an issue...but that's my skin..it is sensitive at times..but not all the time. i also have combo skin.

I have *incredibly* sensitive skin and Cetaphyl makes me break out - it's right full of parabens, which are a preservative that many people react to even in "sensitive skin" products.

ETA:
Here's the ingredient list for the cleaner. I'm allergic to parabens, so nothing not certified organic comes near my skin.

Primer is suppose to be the last thing you put on your face before makeup. So SPF, then Primer.

I believe the SPF is always supposed to go closest to your skin. Also, I've been told that finishing up (after whatever else you put on) with a mineral powder helps keep toxins from getting to your skin, fwiw.
