I am in agreement with your aversion to aluminum-based antiperspirants. But realistically, you may need to lower your expectations of more natural alternatives. This is true of any product -- they evolved to more toxic substances to solve the very problems we are faced with in sticking to more natural remedies. So if it is really more important to go natural, you may have to be ok with sweating a little more, applying your natural deodorant more than once a day, etc. You will set yourself up for failure if you compare anything natural to its chemical-laden counterparts

I totally understand what your saying, really. It's very logical and I think I'm going to bite the bullet, try the lavender Jason and then if the sweating gets really bad during the summer.. I'll buy a normal deodorant for touching up once in awhile. It's not the best solution but it's not the worst etheir, I suppose.
See, I don't mind sweating, at all. It's totally okay with me. It's when I'm running around and then finally sit down for my class and my tshirt is stuck to me and on top of that the deodorant I applied an hour ago has evaporated, ya know?
But, we'll see. (this community is huge/helpful too, it's great. :D)
