Does anybody have a home birth, birth plan that they would be able to share with me, or direct me to?

I had a birth centre birth with my first son, I did have a birth plan but I can't find it anywhere on my laptop.

I will be having a doula as well, if that makes any difference!

Most things for my home birth plan related to "in the event of a transfer" so I set it up like an information sheet with emergency contacts, which hospital, pharmacy numbers, etc ( ... )

I think a lot of mine will focus on 'in event of transfer' as well. I hate to dwell on the thought but I'm thinking something definitely needs to be written just in case.

I had a successful homebirth approximately 20 months ago...this was my birthplan. It was one sheet of paper and I taped it to our kitchen door. There was also a copy in my medical notes and with my doula in case of a hospital transfer ( ... )
