A lot of babies seem to start out that way - even if they have golden hair later, etc. (Or so I've experienced from siblings/cousins/nieces/baby sitting.) Also, I wanted her to look more like Naomi vs Daniel at her 'staff's because of...reasons?

Funny, I've always imagined that Dan had dark hair and Naomi was blonde.

Huh. I always thought my 'Rachel's colored like Dan and Jordan's slightly darker like Naomi' because I like contrasts or something from canon, but maybe I actually head canoned that a million years ago and never realized? Silly me ;)
