Well, it's certainly possible that your blood won't be usable by the living, but since donations are so badly needed right now, I don't think it would hurt anything to give it a try--!
If nothing else, we could try transfusing it to other dead citizens. ... I mean, not dead dead, but dead. ... Since you aren't actually rotting or anything, right?

Yes, even though blood is behaving normally again, we still lost our entire store, so it'll be a while until we're operating back at an acceptable level...
We might have a city-wide blood drive or something.
