I worked 4.30 hours then I went to the store to get few things I wanted, like botox and dye for my hair. I also bought more bracelets and rings. I got home around 4 pm, I ate fruits and oat then I sat down trying to decide what I was going to do first of all the things I wanted to do this weekend.

I felt so tired that I lay on the bed to finish to ( Read more... )

I hope it picks up for you. It’s terrible when your sleeping schedule gets thrown out! You must have needed the rest, though.

Yes I needed it, I feel so tired latelly that I wonder if I am anemic. This can be stress though.

It could be stress depending on what tasks you had to do for work.

I work on the computer all day long. My work right now is stressful because I am doing everybody else's work. I start a task then I need to do many pauses because sellers call me by phone to ask things, sales manager call me to I help him with something, or because someone else didn't do his job and I need to check what else they didn't do. This should not be like that but our company was very bad managed and there were also some people who were stealing money from us. This was me who detected all those things , who knows everybody else's work and the only with ovaries to say to my boss the truth. Our company still has employees who won't do ever their work and we are trying to save money to fire them, meanwhile we need to deal with them. The sales manager works from his home, 1.400 km away from our office. I am in charge of sales department, alone to do everything. I also do marketing, graphic design and web design tasks. At this point I became irreplaceable, something that I don't like, because I am not able to take a week off ( ... )

Looks like you had an off day where you wanted to do fun things for yourself after work but you just happened to fall asleep too early and then couldn't go to bed at a regular hour. The coffee situation didn't help for sure. Your sleep schedule is thrown off so you may still be at odds today until you get to bed at your usual hour. I hope the week improves for you. But at least you're taking a small break by looking at journals right now.

I had it bad too. I am applying for a new job. I made it through the initial screening but, to even get an interview, I have to answer by e-mail these 5 vague questions that have nothing to do with normal behavior of any kind. I've spent all night off and on trying to answer these questions like a normal human being. I'm just starting #5 and it's 6:30am.

Yes that was the situation but I fell asleep again at 6.30 am to wake up 5 hours later. Anyway I'll try to burn energies cleaning and exercising to be able to sleep at night, maybe I'll drink 1/2 half glass of Baileys after dinner, that will make me sleepy for sure :D

I've still never played Magic the Gathering. I need you to teach me how at some point - then we can play together :) (you'll destroy me, but it will be fun). You've just reminded me that I need to go get some more milk.

I'm waiting for you to learn! You can play "Magic Duels" on Steam, it's free and a good way to learn to play.
