...and as I was looking right at her, I noticed her eyes open wide looking at mine and slowly but suddenly get red and slippery. It's weird, I guess I always have always seen people after they've started crying, but never those moments before when they are trying to fight it back. It's really intensely delicate, and it took me a while to figure out
