While I commend the Soviet Union for celebrating his cultural heritage even in the midst of such conflict, I am surprised his troops are so surfeited with free time...

Eh~? I do not see what is so wrong with this... Many soldiers need free time to relax, and such dancing clearly shows ones strength and is good exercise as well... perhaps you should try it, Austria~

Considering his reaction to some of the more simple things when he visited, I cannot say I am wholly surprised at the Soviet Union's soldiers.
