Not sure who you mean by Mr. Freeze, but General Winter is very strong. Even adult nations can't defeat him, but good luck if you're planning to try.

Oh, my. What an interesting thought.

You could call him General winter, General Frost, or General snow... All are accurate. But to beat something that is similar to Francis... He's done that. To see him beaten this time... was my mistake.

Ah, but there's one problem... He only appears when you're at war with me. The name General Winter only refers to the winter during war with Russia, да?
You can come play if you want... I don't have the best Navy Warfare record. So it would be good practice if a sea-fort like you tried!
