Which Italian is better at the Italian rule?

Question For: Every nation, but the Italies and people who know them would be better suited to answer.
Question: Kinda the title but anyway...Anybody who has foughten against/with the Italies will know that they can run hecka fast When retreating anyway....But the question has pressed me, which one is faster?

Well....considering how I've chased Italien before Multiple times I'd say her... But Romano runs pretty well too.
All in all though, Italien wins.
