[Who needs hand gestures, he'll support you Sweden in your lacking in direction communication; but if you really want some help with it he can offer an option were you just don't have to say a word at all.]

Actually, you're the one I expected to offer his help!! You're famous for talking with your hands, so it seemed logical! And I think you're kind, so Sweden won't mind being taught by you! ^_____^ Thanks for offering, Italy!

Yay!!! That's the most vital! Also, I think it would be good to show him ways to express something is good, or that he is pleased, as he doesn't smile a lot and can be quite frigtenning... ^^
