Question: ....so... it's been confusing me for some time, and I can't find the answer to that, so please help! ....Why does Sweden keeps have blinking dots in his answers?? Is that morse code or something? O.o Seems contagious, as Finland has done the same too.

When you open a Word document, or say, post a comment here, you'll notice there's a blinking | to indicate where your text is! So the blinking is to indicate that the other person was so shocked they just left off their comment right where it was!
