Question for: All nations, non-nations can join in guessing.
Question: Shall we play a sort-of-a-game? I would like you to absolutely heap praise on another nation (not to say that it has to be all good things, "Even if he/she does X irritating thing, Y makes up for it" is fine too so long as the overall tone is positive), season of goodwill and all that, pull out all the stops-- except one. One stop must remain firmly in place, and that is no saying who it is you're praising. Then, everyone else, nation and non-nation alike, can try to guess who it is! You can make it as obvious as you like, but sometimes it's fun to be really mysterious~
(This is particularly for nations like Romano or Switzerland who don't tend to praise people...)
