Question for: Iceland
Question 1: So, I recently went to school dressed like you, although I didn't have any white ribbon so I used an orange scarf, but I must say that it was the most amazing thing ever. I've worn the scarf like that twice since then -- I love it. ♥ My question is, how did you come up with such an ingenious idea? It's ( Read more... )

I'm glad you liked it. It's best to wear during these months, after-all. The idea...? I wish I could take credit, but it wasn't all my doing. I've had the clothes for quite a while. Nor and Dan were putting together an outfit for me one day. Of course, they couldn't agree... Nor with white threads, and Dan with the brown.

... Something in me wanted to please them both, I suppose. So I inter-played both of the colours together. It just ended up working. A complete fluke.

[ooc: fff forgive the slightly headcanon explanation. There was a fan comic a while back that depicted this happening when he was slightly smaller, and I've stuck with that where his clothes are concerned. ]

Yes it is. It's gotten fairly cold already. D:

... Well, as long as the result was fabulous, it doesn't matter if it's a fluke, right? I'm sure that many other things were made by mistakes! It happens in art all the time~ Le gasp, does that make you an artist?

[Dun worry about it, it's not answerable in canon, and I think it's a totally reasonable explanation. xD]

It's cooler up here, but nothing worth complaining about.

An artist? Interesting.
Someone once told me anyone can be an artist, so I suppose so.

Well, maybe not worth complaining about to you, but if I went up there this time of year I might be tempted to. xD;;

There is all sorts of arts out there, so you probably qualify for one of them~

Question 2 lookscold October 22 2009, 09:55:03 UTC
I guess it would depend how I lost my job. If I was simply laid-off because of budget cuts or a shut down... Then I may pursue another teaching job. I'd have a good idea on how to go about doing it. Experience is something.

If I happened to get fired... I can't see myself going back to that. It means I was obviously not so great at the teaching business. Another occupation... Food critic, perhaps. I wouldn't have to spend so much money on food. And I could give all the restaurants in the U.K. a bad name. Not that they need my help.

Ah! That would make sense. *was thinking in terms of budget costs* Experience certainly is something that would be in your favor.

Yeah, I suppose so.

Food critic sounds awesome. *A* That's certainly something I wouldn't have thought of before. No he doesn't, but I'd say do it anyway. You're not a terrorist. :c *shot*

Ah. Thank you.
I'm always happy when someone believes me over that British drunkard.

It happened quite a while ago, but I'm still patching up the damage done by such an absurd accusation. Even if he has tried to apologize through lending me some money, it's still not enough...

I just did a fairly large report on your economy, so I know my facts. c:

Although I didn't look in to that detail very much... I didn't realize it did a lot of damage? When I looked at it from a non-biased stand point, I thought he was trying to save his citizen's money, and the method that he chose just happened to be under an anti-terrorist act... Has it changed people's opinions of you? D: Besides freezing the funds, what kind of damage was done?
