Your best friend's life is in danger-- they could die at any moment but you can save them by doing one thing: Completely destroy your friendship with them. Will you let your friend die or sacrifice your friendship to save them? If you choose to save them, how do you destroy your friendship? (ie; do you say something? do something? sleep with their wife...)
