Probably summer because it's the warmest!

Because being in he middle of the water in the middle of the winter isn't very... warm.

There's a lot more to do in the summer, so... I guess I would advise coming then! E-Especially if you'd like to visit the natural parks o-or Jūrmala. A-And then you could celebrate Līgo and Jāņi!

W-Winter is really beautiful too... b-but since it's so cold and there's so much snow... it might not be the best...

Same as Dad. We have the pleasure of having a Mediterranean climate so we have longer summers and short, mild winters. Make sure to cover up if you decide to come during summer, though.

Aaa, spring is always beautiful. The trees are coming into blossom--cheery and persimmon and peach trees are my personal favorites--and we have a tendency toward sun showers. Summers can be a little hectic on the coast; sometimes we have problems with typhoons out of the South China Sea, and it is most humid during this time. Autumn is also nice, and very dry, but winters have been getting colder over the past few years.

Oh! And, if you're interested in mangrove forests, we have ten different sites in the area (I love the mangroves).
