' have watched the first two episodes of Heroes today and I have to say that I really don't get why people say it's so great. Maybe I need to watch more, but right now I am just not too amazed by it. The plots don't seem to be very original. The characters who at first glance don't have too much of a connection are revealed to have connections and

I believe (but I could be wrong) Hiro gets better. That or I just think he's so adorable I wanna stick him in my pocket and carry him around everywhere.
Mohinder is pretty awesome, and yeah you're right- it's been done a lot, and a lot of the characters struck me as boring. Still though give it a little bit more time...

Also, I found myself addicted to the show, watching it in a short period of time, but between then and now I've forgotten why I liked it so much.

Thanks for the advice, I am going to watch more episodes soon, probably on the weekend because I am busy during the week. With one interesting character (Mohinder) and the possiblity of there being another one (Peter), I have to give it more of a chance as two episodes aren't enough to judge the whole season.
And Jeff Loeb is part of the writing team and with Tim Sale doing the art for those Isaac drawings, so those are two reasons to stick with it.
