HAPPY LEVERAGE DAY!!! Is anyone else excited that the show is back???

This is what the TV Guide description says: "The team must infiltrate the world of secret societies when homeless veterans in the Boston area begin to disappear."

I've also heard that Eliot shows his scary side. Other than that, I'm pretty much spoiler-free. :)

Less than 10 mins on my end until a BRAND NEW LEVERAGE OF AWESOME! I completely thought I was going to miss this premiere, but I was able to come back home earlier than thought.

If I had a dancing, spazzy .GIF, I would totally use it here! AHHH! YOU GUISE!!

OMG, I CANNOT WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK'S EP! Just exclaiming. Holy monkeys!

And, I have to say, I liked this episode, and I'm glad that we got a teeny, tiny glimpse of Eliot as a Bad Man (and an ass-kicking Parker), but was it just me or did Sophie and Nate not get a lot of face time this con? It felt...off...like it wasn't as wrapped up as the other episodes. When it was over, I was almost expecting something *more* to it.

Also, I love the fact that Eliot was trying to chat up a lesbian, totally failed, and was oblivious as to why. I love the little tiny bits of continuity (Eliot did get beaten up at a lesbian bar) the most. I feel as if they are shout outs to the more obsessive, hardcore fans. Of course, I could be crazy...or drunk (go grown up eggnog!), but that tiny scene made me smile like crazy.

I would have like to have seen a more extended scene between Nate and Eliot to talk about Eliot's past, but otherwise, I really enjoyed the episode. I was really pleased to see them together in the last scene. There must be fic based on that scene.

I love the new police officer, and I love that she went along with the Leverage team's fake interrogation. She and Bonanno can become a dynamic crimefighting duo.

Can someone please write me a fic where the interogation triggers a flashback for Eliot? Either during the con (and they have to get him out) or he ends up having one afterward (sort of like he was in the mindset to hold it together on the job but afterward his guard is down and *bam*)? Please?

...cause if someone doesn't write it I'll have to and I've got too many fics waiting for my attention already.

If I can get to it, I might have a crack at it. I have to finish a laundry list of other things, though. Maybe we'll luck out and someone else will write it for us! 'Cause I want to read it!
