Where would one look if they needed to find a pair of the most gorgeous shoes known to man as seen on a tv advert? Please help me, I NEED them......

The shoes I'm looking for were in a channel 4 advert for Hollyoaks. They are black and white high heels if you see them you will know they're the ones I'm talking about =)

I think they're last season Kurt Geiger. The current site has similar shoe in red.
