Saw some coven sisters on Saturday. Had a nice lunch at Fidama. The food, wine and service are superb (and the breakfasts divine!). Did the girl thing of letting go of all stuff going on for us at the moment and getting feedback from each other. Very therapeutic indeed - thanks ladies ( Read more... )

It was a fantastic race - H and I watched while swigging lots of whisky..looks like you are still buying your house and making constructive plans for the future honey.

I didn't manage to get down to the island this time around. Had planned to weeks ago but everything kinda worked against it.

A house at PI is something I would like to do at some stage. Who knows, depending on how the finances work out over the next year it may be a possibility.

am really really sorry that I didn't make it....was sooo tired over the weekend and didnt have enough petrol to get there and back AND to and from work until Wednesday (and of course no money to buy train ticket) so was trapped at home...under doona hiding from the world. Which was good..although am tired again today....

I am rapt to hear that the house passed inspection....hope there are lots of photos for me to ooh and ahh at!!! :>

hey sweetie, that's ok. You've been under the pump with study and work etc. G and i both took photos, i'll get them up soon ... or you can just come down and see it if/when we get the house!

Oh you came down to the Island AND the track and didn't let me know so I could catch up? ...least my mother let me know where she was so I could say hi :P

Oh dear. Um. no was't at track, wasn't there all weekend, didn't catch up with anyone except the people in the house, it was all so rushed sorry. Um lunch sometime soon? It's that time of year again... *dangles a carrot of appeasement*

glad to hear things are going better for you two.. Part of me hopes TB doesnt get this job, but the other half knows it would be the most amazing experience! Good luck with the house, do you have a domain link or something??

oh yes... didnt think of that *giggles* well i look forward to seeing your new love nest... maybe my resident artist will have to paint you a housewarming present- if he's not in LA or Prague which is looking really likely right now. But we'll make plans when all this rolls around! When are you free for coffee and biscuits??
