The good thing about having two collegues is that i get two presents this year! And we're going for yum cha lunch on DB's credit card. I'm really looking forward to those delicious wee dumplings. mmm chicken feet! one of the few things i CAN eat at yum cha, so something i have eaten quite a lot of. i love chicken skin and fatty bits, so it works for me. they're cooked (usually) til plump and succulent, very juicy and flavoursome. it's not thin skin, it's thick, fatty, slightly gelatinous flesh and fat-with-flavour skin. i do recommend you give it a try!
