We had an extremely civilised afternoon/evening with our foodie/winie friends who said they were going to serve a typical french meal, based on their last trip which just happened to be in the South of France.

Oh yes... um that! Mine hosts blew 0.13 and 0.15 respectively so I think you may be right (and i was probably a tad hung over).
