For Season One, definately Kate and Sawyer. After Season 2, though, Kate annoys the crap out of me and now I hate her with a fury passion ;_______; But I loveloveLOVE Season One Kate, she's amazing and I wish she would have stayed just like that. Now, my favourite are Sawyer, Juliet, Sayid, Desmond, Claire, Ben... lots of amazing people. :)

Firstly, OMG *squees* I LOVE YOUR ICON!!!! Did you make it?
Yeah, i can't really comment on what Kate is like after season one, as i haven't seen it yet but Shes cool in the episodes i've seen :P
At first, i thought Sawyer was a bit too cocky for me, but i think he changes his ways a bit further on?
