I was right, I have tonsillitus... again.
So now I have bright red tablets which I have to take two, four times a day and then on top of those paracetmol.... I hate tablets.
After a week I have to go back so he can assess me and then we talk about having them removed!
I want them gone! No matter how scared I am

I used to have tonsillitus loads as a kid and eventually I got so I wasn't telling my mum cos I was scared I'd have to have them out.

Chris has had his out mind you, but he still gets sore throats from time to time (unfortunately it doesn't stop that).

My mum told me she wouldnt have hers out either... its scarey but tonsillitus makes me feel so ill. Even though Chris has had them out does and gets sore throats does he get the temp and feeling sick etc?

Yeah he still gets the temperature and feels ill thing I'm afraid, although I guess he probably gets it less than he did before.

Well that sucks! I can't say I get it loads and loads, but this year I have had it 7 times. Supposedly if you get it 3 times in a year they need to consider taking them out. When I get it I will get it like 4 times in row and each time it gets worse

Hopefully once they are out you will only suffer with sore throats, they aren;t all bad. Atleast there isn;t any sickness with them.
Good luck when you do go for it! Nicci had hers out as a kid, came round groggy and kinda horse sounding (obviously) but don;t worry yourself, you;;l be out cold, wont feel a thing! x

I wish I could throw up but its not happening!
I am scared to be out cold... I have never been out cold before :S
