You know, I've been working on that swamp for a couple of years, and it's only during that last meeting in may that I realised that it was heart-shaped. Until then, I was so conditioned by the model of the pie-shaped drainage that I thought it was round. The heart shape was a lovely discovery!
Camembert... c'est pas celui qui est aussi mou que le brie, mais plus fort au goût (avec du bleu?)? Je crois qu'on a toutes les sortes de fromage français au Québec, mais en plus des nôtres, ça devient mélangeant à la fin!

Le camembert est mou et ressemble beaucoup au brie mais il n'est pas bleu. En fait c'est du brie non pasteurisé avec un peu moins de gras, et c'est un peu le fromage emblématique du français moyen. Dans l'idéal, il ne faut pas le laisser au frigo mais le laisser maturer à température ambiante (après il sent un peu les pieds mais il paraît que c'est comme ça que c'est bon!).
Je n'ai jamais goûté de fromage québécois, il faudra que j'essaie d'en trouver!
