Thank you so much, dear! I'm glad you liked the finished version. And thanks a lot for all the help! I really needed to hear about snow - I love these discussions about painting things that move, water and snow and fire.

Oh wowowowow! The background is PERFECT - I'm glad you decided to leave it as is and pull the tension towards Sirius and Remus. The lighting and contrast on their faces is gorgeous and Sirius' arm looks much better this way ^_^ Super job!

Thank you so much, dear! And thanks a lot for the help. You convinced me about the background - and anyway, that's what is good with CG: you can add layers, see that they don't work AT ALL, and erase :D

And you can't know how relieved I am that Sirius' arm finally seems to work! I think I shortened it, bit by bit, at least five times.

Oh, nassima! That is GORGEOUS!
I love the colors and the blue tones on their skin...and that is one heck of a hot pose.
I think perhaps Sirius isn't shorter than Remus...it's just that his knees are buckling! ;)

Yay! I'm glad you liked. Thanks a lot!

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to tell to myself :) Together with all these bad excuses like 'oh, I know my werewolf doesn't really look like a wolf, but that's because of these famous differences', or yeah, I know that the position isn't anatomically possible in my last smutty pic, but there's nothing you can't do with magic...'

That's terrible how often I tell myself things like that, now that I'm thinking of it ;)

Also, I'm very glad that the post worked for you! I really wanted Sirius to look, well, incomfortable, and in the middle of the action... But I've found that it was rather hard not to make it look like he had a bad crick in his neck :)

Hee, this makes me want to go kiss someone in the snow!

Ooooh, they look like they're in their own little world and they don't even care about the freezing sleet and snow. The lamppost is beautiful and the shading is so dramatic! You did a lovely job making the digital coloring look natural--it kind of looks like pastels. It's wonderful. ♥

Thanks a lot! I hope you found someone to kiss - and some snow ;)

Wow, thanks! I think a lot of this has to do with me using Painter instead of Photoshop. There are a lot of different tools allowing for very different textures, and there is a pastel tool that works rather well! I think I remember using it for the texture of the clothes. And I love the gouache tool, the pressure sensitivity nearly gives the feeling of real media. And also, the more I use CG -not that I've used it a lot- the more I feel like it's close to the way I colour with pastels : on a coloured background, going to the highlights as well as to the dark, and always with the (false) impressions that a good smudge can save anything!
