Hi everyone. Sorry that I wasn't much around these past days. The inconvenients of holidays! First a bit of paragliding (not so much, alas, as the weather is alternating between too many clouds and too much wind) and then, the Family visiting! I hadn't seen my cousin Bernard since quite a while, so it was a pleasure when he decided to pass with his

I personally like this scene a lot. Well, perhaps 'like' isn't the right word... but I got a lot out of reading it. I like the colours that you used, I think they're very expressive of the grim tone of the scene. I think you did a wonderful job of capturing the desperation of the moment, the emotion as well as the bleakness. Your Tonks looks sufficiently desperate, too, and I quite like your Remus! The look on Arthur's face is breaking my heart, though. ;P
I really love the sketch, too. XD

Also, I had to reread the scene in order not to make illustration mistakes (which made me realise that it was a night scene => added lighting troubles!), and well, the point is that it's really not written like a love scene, and I'm under the feeling that it's intentional. It made me remember that Rowling said, while writing HBP, that Remus' major flaw is that he needs to be liked/ approved by others. But really, he doesn't look in love at all there.
And what makes me the happier? (well sort of) It's the dots in
'This is ... not the moment', because he's answering to Mr Weasley who just said 'But she wants you' and this phrase about not staying whole.
Really, it looks like he was about to say that it was not the problem, and that the problem was -that he doesn't want her? -that he's gay? -that he's grieving Sirius too much still? You choose ;)

But the finished piece - what, exactly is wrong with the colors? They just finished fighting death eaters, the hospital wing itself is sort of gloomy, and it's nighttime, so the only light is candle... I think the colors are perfect - I like the muted tones and the contrast of the Weasley hair (and Fleur's) glowing in the candlelight. So :-P
Their facial expressions are just perfect! But you know what I really love? The chair that Arthur is sitting on, the stones in the floor, the windows, the curtain, tha lamp on the wall and the light and shading around it, the legs of the hospital bed... and the bandages and the bottle on the floor.
Not only are the people perfect, but the setting is just fantastic! And Remus just screams "I'm not that into you!" :-D
