Okay, Union Cave. Uh, before I do this, am I going to need Flash or a lamp or something? Who's actually been through Union Cave? I..uh, haven't had really good experiences with caves in the past here ( Read more... )

Bring a lot of light. Dunno 'bout Flash, but if you've got it, bring it.
Watch out for Onixes.

And if you're waiting out for a friend, keep waiting for'em; going in alone would be dumb.

It's a rather bright cave. It took us a few days to get out of there though.

Just have water and grass Pokémon with you.

Well, at least we didn't really need a flashlight... but we did have one with us just in case. So you might want to take one if you're unsure.

Yeah, I picked up a flashlight in Violet after the disaster that was Dark Cave, I just hope it's enough.

The cave is really big, and it's easy to get lost in there, so I would recommend taking paper and pencil, to try to make a map.

A flashlight, food, and water or grass pokémon aren't a bad idea either.
