I know! I love it too. Unfortunately I found it on photobucket and I have no idea who made it. *pout*

And if I were Sakura at that point in time I would totally agree with Naruto kicking some of the emo out of Sasuke.

I feel like this gives Sakura some character depth. She's not totally insensitive to Naruto and realizes that Sasuke is at least partially in the wrong.
But it also hightlights her uselessness.
Why didn't she pick a side? Cause she has no lady balls. Tsunade has ladyballs, Tenten had lady balls; Sakura has no lady balls.
