Not OP -

Anatomically speaking, fist-sized objects do fit back there (otherwise, the practice of anal fisting never could have evolved). One or maybe even two or three or five beads of that size should be possible without too many problems.

But a hundred of them? Going with a diameter of 8cm (and that would be a small fist), a hundred beads that size would make a line of 8m (a bit more than 8 yards). That's almost longer than a human's entire colon. And anyway, anything that size shoved up further than the large intestines (about 1m) should do grave damage.

So: health-wise (and physically possible, I think) not recommended. Size-kink-wise? Well, if it's well-written, and since there are no animals or humans harmed by writing physically impossible smut...

I'm glad someone brought up the realistics of this kink. I know fantasy is good with kinks, but we (probably) don't want to see our characters hurt.
