Still, Aunt Asuka was in a bad mood - as usual - and that meant little to no talking. Konohako didn't like it but, whatever. It wasn't like she and the older Sarutobi had anything at all to discuss.
And this Morino woman....Konohako didn't like her. Never mind that she generally did not get along with any sort of authority figure. She wasn't entertaining and now Konohako was deadly bored.
She'd seen the Uchiha and the Hanabit too, but Konohako was supposed to stay close to her escort and as this sorta kinda counted as mission in some respects, the girl was trying to behave.

Thin shoulders fell forward as she sat up, hunching over her legs without her eyes leaving Ibiki's face.
"Oh yeah. Loads." Konohako stated, in a rather annoyed tone of voice. Of course she wasn't having fun yet. What kind of ridiculous question was that?!
The kind adults always seemed to ask. Maybe something about growing up made you lose, like, your "fun-o-meter" or something and then you had to ask stupid questions to make up for it. (Briefly Konohako wondered where a 'fun-o-meter' would be located in the human brain but then shoved all that away in favor of being cranky instead ( ... )
