Look at this. If I'm right, official fan club members can purchase a set of cookies to be delivered on White Day, with an appropriate message from the Neoromance guy of your choice. You can get a message from another guy for every $27 set of cookies you buy. I assume they just won't send them overseas, because it scares me to think what I would do if they did. Anyway, if you are alternating between slobbering and being horrified, you are totally not the only one OTL
