Ah, ah, ah it was Feria's idea!! Because it doesn't work on her PS2... orz I told her to visit to try it out also I'm sorryyyyy ;_; I just wanted to meet Feria and I was surprised when she took it out of her bag. ._.

Er um anyway Sapures-element magic-type Aty with Will as student; reached the point where you and Kyle's pirates go looking for supplies and run into a security system. It's nice; I didn't like all the character designs that much, but everyone I've met so far is very likeable. Sasuga SN XD; (And Kyle reminds me of Folte, only prettier and a pirate.) Did mess up and use the sword once by accident, so I'm being extra careful not to kill anybody. x_x I want to go kiraku ni take it easy low-pressure on this so I don't trigger my OCD. -_-;

Thank you so much for the link to the Tales of the World Trailer! Oddly enough, I can't place that animated cutscene. It isn't in the opening video for Abyss, and the closest scene I think it comes to is the scene where Asch kidnaps Ion and Luke fights him. But the background looks like the confrontation scene with Van. This scene looks different... I'd almost venture to say that it was new animation altogether.

I'm looking forward to your Abyss entry! ; )

Yeah, it is all new animation (Namco is not cheap in that regard). If you look in the background, I think you can see Leon from Tales of Destiny in that shot? Or maybe it's the main character of this game. Looks like it'll be a nice movie, anyway. There's some high-res (but unfortunately Luke-less) screengrabs of the animation here.I think I wanna play this game just for the skits of Luke... *sigh* I kind of wonder if there are any fanart/doujin of the Tales of the World games, because they have such an entertaining setting. You want Cless (Phantasia) talking to Kratos (Symphonia)? You can do that. So. New canon with happy, non-suffering Luke!! Sure he'll be a bit character but I AM ALL FOR THIS. (not that Abyss is all pain and suffering, in fact most of it is quite cheerful, but I got traumatized by the succession of events after Akzeruth. ;_; I was so grateful to Mieu and then to Tear and then to Guy. I almost cried at each of those scenes and I never cry at games
