We're not that strict even though it may seem we are by creating a few new rules lately, but it's to benifit the whole community by doing so. just cause I cracked up upon seeing that, I wanna say yes... but yeah it's kinda OOC. He may really be the great emo king, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't even realize he's emo. XD

Iconage though... is up to you. It's all in how the character acts, reacts, and talks.

we have yet to look over the applications that we've recieved. Please be patient as all of us have slightly conflicting sheduals sometimes.
