What exactly does Madness Round mean?

A Madness Round would mean I'd open up all the prompts, so everyone could see all the requests, and you would have a week to pick one (or as many as you want) of those prompts and write a fic. No length requirement!

I like the idea of a madness round very much, but right now I haven't got a brain to spare to contemplate it, even.
