It's 3:54am, you can/could have call(ed) me, I'd have no idea what you're talking about but I could have had a funny anecdote for you about crying at stupid stuff like I did today. And I never cry at things in the TV. Anyway, I was captivated by your video and as I suspected, Hal is crazy, and adorable, he's crazy adorable. Ok bye.

Dude - Your story got me thinking about this series from the Canadian BBC called Slings and Arrows. Have you seen it? Because if you haven't you need to find a way to get it - only three seasons, each season is approximately 6 one hour episodes, so it goes quick. The little that I know about what you study makes me think you're going to like the show, but what really made me think of this is that the series finale had me sitting next to my wife on our couch, crying like a baby. And it was also pretty embarrassing.

Dude, you are positively insane. And I dig every second of it.

I totally get more attached to fake people than I do to real people. Y'know why? Most times, real people suck. Anyways...Joss Whedon alone has made me lose my shit and cry man-tears more than once.

True story: the worst my TV related tears ever were was on Buffy. I mean, I cried at "The Gift" and "Amends" always gets me teary, but I completely LOST IT when I watched "Chosen" for the first time. Partly this was because Buffy was the first of my TV on DVD related binges, and other partly because it was insane and awesome. I started crying thirty minutes from the end, was sobbing by the end, and then didn't stop crying until an hour after it was over. I ended up running down the halls of my dorm trying to find my friend Lauren and people kept stopping me to ask if someone had died or something, and I was just like YES! And then I ran away.

My two biggest Joss crying jags were "The Body" on BUFFY (hey, maybe not original but still...) and "Hero" on ANGEL. And I don't even want to talk about SERENITY.

Also, the last episode of HIMYM really knocked my shit out of whack. Stupid comedies trying to make me feel stuff!

Yeah, I lose it ALL THE TIME when I watch tv shows. Also, yay for HIMYM! Also also, you're really funny. And Hal is, too. He gave the camera this look like, "Um, what the heck are you doing to me, woman?" and then it was all, "Oh hai, internetz."
