Finished Watching Barchester Towers

Oh dear, I do at times wish that I had an English accent. And a nice house outside a Cathedral town. And some Victorian dresses.

And, of course, a tea service. I might be able to manage the last with some effort.

Cathedral cities still are rather different from the rest of England.

I too often wish for Victorian dresses. My mom actually owns several tea services, so there is that comfort. Good luck with acquiring one yourself :D

Hello...I was wondering if you could help me? bonfoi June 10 2006, 02:38:56 UTC
A friend is looking for a story you wrote:

Freedom and Unity, by narcissam

Detailed history (and geography) of wizarding America. PG-13. WIP (?) Summary: "Washington D.C., June 1959. The Republican Congressman for Magical Vermont meets an outspoken left-wing Muggle activist in a bar one night. Result: Breaches of the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy, general dysfunction, secret plotting against the government, and of course, a half-blood child."

I was wondering you could direct me to it? I'd appreciate it very much. Thank you.

I'm afraid I've taken it down. I'm using it as the basis for an original novel. Sorry about that.
