Now that it's wide open that some of her dates are wrong, I feel gloriously free again to think along sensible lines.

Yes, I felt that way when she declared that Charlie is two years older than Percy. Clearly she either had never read Philosopher's Stone, or couldn't do math to save her life. Since the former is an impossibility, I feel empowered to ignore all of her figures.

I couldn't understand the complaining about it: it was so full of interesting canon fodder that you couldn't help but get excited and plan a million irrelevent fics inspired by it.
