That is exactly the perfect epilogue I was hoping for *wipes tear from an eye* I skipped the first three posts and just went for this one (curiosity... Sigh) and just... Wow.
I wonder if it had been Tilda's master plan to make Kurt take Blane.
And defying gravity. Sweet merciful puppy, you are actually perfect :D
Okay now to get over all the beauty of this and go back and see how everything else looks ^^
:D I changed a few things, and tweaked the hell out of the climax scene, which you've probably seen by now--but seriously, thank you so much for everything.
This was so incredible. I love, love, love your Blaine-as-Harry. You manage to fuse the characters together in a way that is so believable due to the circumstances. And Kurt is, of course, flawlessly in character. My favorite thing about this sequel is the way you weave canon through it, and even more than that, the ways in which your plot differs from canon, especially the tiny differences. It worked so well for me. I just adore everything about this little universe. It sucked me in the way my favorite books do. Thanks so much for a wonderful, incredibly enjoyable story!
:) You know, this whole epic series began as a way to cope with figuring out what canon meant, so trying to weave that through...hints of what this all was in the first place.
You're super-welcome, and thanks so much for commenting!
God. That entire thing was just...yeah. I haven't any words. I loved the realism behind Kurt's actions, instead of the much-overdone omg you can do magic? woah like let me see and that's awesomeeeee! i love you even more harry potter, famous wizard and super rich too! Everything about this was full of epic win, down to your characterisation of Blaine/Harry and even the description of the setting. It was brilliantly written, and you should be immensely proud of yourself.
However.
I can't really see Ron or Hermione, or anyone else for that matter, just letting it go. Hell, I can't see Harry/Blaine letting it go either. Harry would never give up going back to his friends, seeing his family again, war or Voldemort be damned. It's just so uncharacteristic of Harry's undeniable loyalty. I can see him being 'Blaine Anderson' forever, living a Muggle life with Kurt, but it's completely OOC for Harry to just write off everything he's ever known because it's hopeless. He would find a way to see or at least write to his friends and

This storyline is over and done, wrapped up tight as far as Kurt and Blarry are concerned, and set to go. And I think I disagree with you slightly on one point--I'm sure that, given a little while, some time and some magic, he'd start plotting to go back to England again, but I think the Blarry here is tired and just broken enough to feel like "accepting the inevitable" is the brave and adult thing to do. But the universe?
Ahahahaha. The universe is nowhere near done with Harry Potter yet.
Thank you for reading, and commenting, and I am thrilled you liked it as it is, all dangling ends aside. :D Hope to see you back come July!
