And that's exactly what I did. I like my punching bag. I don't regret buying it. It was like... 150 bucks, but I love it. From time to time, I'll put on my gloves and attack the bag until I can't attack the bag anymore. It's quite refreshing. I don't necessarily do it when I'm stressed, either.
