i like to think that there is fate to a certain extent. like... fate will throw an apple at you. but it stops there. and you have to decide for yourself if you're gonna take a bite of that apple and risk biting into a bruise or a worm or a perfectly good apple, or sit there and just look and wonder about that apple. like things/people may be put in
