I unashamedly played hooky from posting in Seattle to hang out with friends and eat Molly Moon's ice cream (Cherry Chunk, omnomnom) and yesterday to wander the floor at San Diego Comic-Con on the (well, comparatively) uncrowded Thursday. I am kind of scared of venturing there again. D

I'm so sorry that I had to leave the signing early, and didn't get a chance to get my book signed. I had to get home by 8:30. But your story was wonderful, and you did such a fantastic job reading it! My face hurt from grinning by the time I had to go.

I was one of the winners of the Del Rey contest, and am very proud of my autographed copy of Tongues of Serpents. I just thought you'd like to know that I enjoyed the book very much indeed, and winning my copy brightened a bad day.

I'd almost forgotten about the Del Ray contest, and had been thinking to visit a local bookstore and pick up a copy of TONGUES OF SERPENTS. The copy arrived a couple of days ago and will be my next read. I'm looking forward to it.
