Bowspirit's Aim 4.75-4.82 (pages 23-30!) + Bonus

Jul 01, 2011 05:39

Close, but no cigar... not! Went to bed right after my last post, woke up at 4pm, started raiding at 4:30, finished raid (killing two new bosses and making some decent progress on a third, and finishing up the other half of p23 which I needed to revise) and post-raid paperwork at about 8:45, 9pm. That gave me three hours to do six pages. Usually ( Read more... )

YAY for you! 30 pages and color filler! (poor Alex!)
I like how the girls are slowly getting along, but I hope then won't become too much friend, the banter was fun XD

Oh, the banter'll still be there (once they get across this gorge it'll be lunchtime I think, and of course Sevvie has no pockets for blood vials in her miniskirt ;P) I just couldn't think of any way to hook it into this section, short of them both offhandedly calling each other idiots. Friendships are more fun when they're fiery, imo!

"This is an awful place to end the Nano, Xella." -snerk!-

Poor Alex. I've got a few Sixth Rangers that I'm going to have to make destroy planets or something if that thing in the TV Tropes link about their power and coolness being inversely proportional to the number of episodes since their début is true.

CONGRATULATIONS for pulling off 30 pages at the last minute! Even if they weren't supposed to steal the entire plot, I've loved watching the cleric/vampire duo learn how to work together. If you're going to continue, let me know where and I'll definitely follow it!

I remember when I was watching Power Rangers as a kid, I was really cheesed off about the green ranger, and I think I gave up watching the show after my eyes got sore from rolling around when he became the white ranger or whatever (Sailor Moon might have just started up around then too, I can't remember, so I may have just dropped it for finer pursuits of TV time, heh)

Sixth rangers aren't all bad, though... you just gotta hope they're as cool for everyone else as they are for you, which I think is tough to pull off because of course you've known them for a lot longer than everyone else has :x

And hooray/thank you :D BA proper is gonna keep updating (and hopefully get an actual layout dear god), but it's on a weekly schedule right now so it's not likely there'll be anything there that hasn't been seen in this mango (only more polished) for a bit. If I can get the remaining 27 pages from the mango polished up and put officially on backlog I might be able to bump that up to twice a week (which would mean I'd have to start having non- ( ... )

There's purplehair guy again! HI! *waves again* (ahaha I see you too will draw yourself interacting with your characters. It's so much fun hee) Congrats on making it (and right down to the wire too homgggggg @___@)

Also WHO THE HECK MAKES BRIDGES LIKE THAT. Evil evil people I tell ya...No respect for a hard working pair of girls trying to get treasure

Of course! If you admit to actually seeing them, you're going to get institutionalized, but if you only imagine interacting with them, it's okay. Right? Right. I expect a lot (not all, but many) of creative character-types (artists, writers, and the like) use their characters as mental sounding boards but it's such an awkward thing to actually discuss with people because if you haven't done it, it all sounds absolutely bonkers :( (especially when all your active characters are snarky bitches who give you backchat constantly, but uh *cough*)

I'm absolutely convinced that Joseph Ducreux had a mason/architecht brother (or maybe he WAS an architecht in a parallel universe), and he's the one responsible for every single crazy puzzle-bridge in existence today. Yup.
