Might sound strange, but just write. Doesn't matter if what you write even makes sense, eventually it'll start to make sense.

Didn't write on Sunday, but today I managed to write 2k, putting me at 14,172. I'm 4000 words behind, so I really need to catch up this week. Didn't end up catching up on the weekend like I had meant to.
