Day Thirty Word Counts

Nov 30, 2014 10:13

Well, it's Day Thirty and yes, it's sad. It's the last day for NaNo this year. Seems like it went by so fast and can't believe it's just about over. This is the last day, so write as much as you can if you still haven't gotten to 50K. If you feel like you'll never get there, just keep writing and you'll surprise yourself. I know of someone ( Read more... )

1724 for me today.

All validated and secure. I came to a conclusion to the story but I have not decided whether I will do anything with it. I managed to write the daily amount each day, which is important to me. This has likely been the toughest year I have experienced. From the writing of the story, to different countries and very full days.

Thank you for all your posts sir, it is appreciated.

Finishing out today with 4,184 and 50,987 in total.

Not as much as I'd hoped, but this trip ended up conspiring against me. I'm still pleased it's done, and I'm validated, so I've not lost my NaNo winning streak.

How many years have you crossed the finish line?

So, I'm done. For now. Have scheduled a public reading in February so I have a little more time. I really understand how to keep pace now. It went fast but was not nearly as stressful as previous years. 64K was a new NaNo high for me. Have at least 20K more to be finished.

My children and the holidaze continue to conspire against me but feel pretty good with the writing.

Again Dobbin thank you for being here, all the time.

Wishing you all the very best and Happy New Year.
