One key to success during NaNoWriMo is finding time to write.
  1. Find a calendar you like and either print it out or view the entire month. (Calendars can be found on the NaNoWriMo forums, Donna Young’s site, and your favorite word processing or spreadsheet software will have calendar templates too.)
  2. Block off the days you know you’re not going to be able to write.
  3. Write a note or mark with a star any days you absolutely intend to write.
  4. Come up with a plan on how you’re going to write 50,000 (or your other goal) words in the days you have left.

Do you have any of your own tips for finding time to write?
