It’s in the low 90′s today which leaves me and a lot of other people inside with fans and air conditioning. Are you out enjoying this spring day? Did you make any progress on your goals?

I did 4300 pages on Wednesday, bringing my total to 15,063...adding in the 6000 I did on my beginning writo de mayo project, brings a total of 21,000. I didn't get to 50,000 words, but I did make some progress. Thinking of giving up now, but I don't know, I have surprised myself before.

You've been known to be a writing machine in the past. You're right - you might just surprise yourself.

I went to IKEA and got nursery furniture :D And then I saw MIB 3, which was surprisingly good (but still campy).

Now I'm writing before I go crash in bed.

I'm surprised you didn't get sucked into Ikea for the entire day.

Wow, it was cooler here yesterday. We had a freak weather system drop Phoenix into the 80s.

I spent most of the 26th at Phoenix Comicon, where I chatted with authors and attended some panels. I came home and spent the evening on more novel editing. I did extensive rewrites in one chapter--something I hadn't anticipated, but I found a big inconsistency that needed fixing.

Sounds like you had an all around good day.

895 words on one story, plus some brief fiddling with a poem.

I have some stuff I wrote in a little notebook I bought to work on my novel while I was waiting for someone to buy some art supplies, so all I have to do is add that and do some more (hopefully) after I'm done skyping with my parents. I'm not where I'd like to be with my goals, but maybe with my sister gone for the Memorial day weekend, I can get some stuff done and cover *some* missed ground. I am so behind it hurts. :(

I'm right beside you on being behind. I've made progress on one goal and am over 9k words down on the second goal.
