Details of the Challenge: During the month of September, write 10,000 words in any ONE story (original or fanfiction).
Rules: There really are none. This is an honor system, people. Keep up with your own word count. Decide for yourself if you survived The Gauntlet. At the end of September, I will gather a master list of all works (if you feel like sharing them) and I will pimp it out accordingly.

the challenge will be hosted at
nano_tavern. It's fitting, since this is basically a warm up for Nanowrimo in November. 50,000 words is a lot without any preparation or practice. You will need to join the community to keep up with announcments. It's not a bad idea, though, since November is right around the corner and building a support system of crazy nanoers now can only help in the long run!
