There have been many times in my life when I wished I could turn back time. Working 10 days in a row in food service isn't one of those times.
Day 1: I open at 6 a.m. My co-worker comes in at 11 a.m. By 11:10, she says she's not feeling well. By 11:30, she's on her way home sick. Just in time for the lunch rush.
